Lucent Technologies Merger with Alcatel.
Merger Announced 4-2-2006:
When the Acatel Lucent merger occurred, shareholders of Lucent received 0.1952 shares of Alcatel-Lucent for each share of Lucent Technologies.
This merger complicates already complicated tax cost basis computations for AT&T and its "offspring."
