A. Message: Need A Password
You can view the
Free Introductory Newsletter, but cannot view other newsletters. You
are being prompted for a password.
Solution:
Purchase subscription to obtain a password.
B. Message: You are
not authorized to view this page
This problem is not limited to
Denver Tax Software! We have also experienced this on the Wall Street
Journal Website, among others!
ZoneAlarm may block viewing of PDF files.
Solution:
- When you receive this message, a yellow ZoneAlarm
"Privacy Advisor" popup appears for a few moments.
- Click on "Click here for details" inside the
Privacy Advisor.
- This should bring up the ZoneAlarm Security Suite
window in the "Privacy" area.
- In the "Site" column locate
www.denvertax.com.
- Left click on the X
in the Mobile Code column.
- Click on "Allow".
- Now try to view the newsletter.
- Repeat steps 4 - 7 for
denvertax.com.
C. Message: NONE! You get a blank browser
screen, and the page takes forever to load.
This sounds like a problem we had with ZoneAlarm
Security Suite. We fixed the problem, but don't remember how! Call Dave,
1-800-326-6686, if you have ZoneAlarm Security Suite. We can compare
ZoneAlarm settings.
Possible Solution:
- Open ZoneAlarm.
- Click on the Privacy menu choice along the
left side of the window.
- Click on the Main tab on the top of the
window.
- In the "Mobile Code Control" area, check to
Off button.
